Common questions
What counts as a live check?
Any check against a verified production domain with live keys. Test keys — localhost, staging, CI — are unlimited and never billed. Email intel, session create, and linked-accounts queries share your plan rate limits but do not consume the monthly live-check allowance unless they run a full check.
What's included on every plan?
Score + verdict + reasons, workspace lists and no-code rules on check, linked-account graph queries, email intelligence, and collect→sessionId→check. Free includes the same platform — metered at 1,000 live checks / month.
What happens if I go over my included checks?
Free pauses at 1,000 until the period resets or you upgrade. Pro continues at $4 per 1,000 extra live checks. Scale continues at $2 per 1,000. Rates are published — no surprise bills.
How do I protect more than one domain?
Add seats on the same workspace — each Pro or Scale seat covers one production domain. Included checks and overage rates apply per seat.
Why checks instead of Monthly Active Users?
You pay for decisions you run at signup and login — not a seat tax on every user you look up. Re-checks are predictable; overages are published.
Is there a trial on paid plans?
Free has no trial clock — and includes a real live API. When you upgrade to Pro or Scale, any trial terms appear on the checkout screen before you confirm.
Do you store passwords?
Never. Checks run on email, session, and network context. Enforcement stays in your product.
